The Plush Mat® is very stain-resistant. Most spills wipe away in seconds. You can hoover it, spot-clean it, steam-clean it or even hose it down. It will be dry again within the day.
Please steam to magically puff to full size and remove creases in an instant.
If using an iron to steam, please place a tea towel in between the Plush Mat and the iron to avoid burning.

What is your return policy?
Unopened Products
You can return items within 60 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging (including the compression wrap for Plush Mats). Customers cover the return postage.
Change of Mind
Once removed from their compression packaging, Plush Mats can’t be returned. They expand to their full size and we can’t check their quality again. Please measure your space and pick the right size, colour and design before ordering.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your mat is faulty, we’ll replace it or give you a refund. Contact us and we’ll sort it out straight away.
Are the Plush Mats non-toxic?
Yes! Our Plush Mats are completely safe for you, your children and your pets. They’re made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials, with no flame retardants or nasty chemicals.
What should I do if my mat arrives damaged?
If your Plush Mat® arrives damaged, please let us know straight away. We’ll replace it as quickly as we can.
Does the mat come rolled or folded? How do I get rid of wrinkles...
Because your Plush Mat comes squashed up tight, it might look creased or flat at first. Give it a few days to fluff up to its full size. It’ll bounce back quicker in a warm, steamy room.
For a speedier result, grab a clothes steamer and puff out the creases in seconds. If you’re using a steam iron, pop a tea towel between the iron and the mat to stop it from scorching.

How do I clean my Plush Mat?
Dry dirt and sand?
Hoover it often. Get rid of loose bits straight away so they don’t dig in.
Spills?
Dab them up with a clean cloth right away. If it’s food, scoop off the bits, then wipe with warm, soapy water. Make sure it’s bone dry before you hop back on.
Deep clean?
Every now and then, give it a lash with a wet hoover or carpet cleaner to freshen it up. Always leave it to dry fully before popping it back down.
